#1 Space Needle

This enormous tank shines a light on the diverse marine life found in tide-pools on the Pacific coast and within the proximity of Seattle’s inland. Daily activity programs include fish feeding, interacting with divers, and educational talks by educated and friendly volunteer staffs who are willing to teach kids and curious adults.

#3 EMP Museum

EMP Museum is home to numerous interactive activity stations and exhibits that covers various pop culture–from horror cinema to science fiction literature. The museum includes hands-on activities, a sculpture made from more than five hundred guitars, and rare artifacts from the pop music industry. The museum has also initiated many public programs, including film festivals, changing exhibits, and band competitions.

#4 Pioneer Square

Pioneer Square is the oldest town in Seattle and it boasts some marvelous architecture, bookstores, cafes, and art galleries. This neighborhood is known for its 19-century picturesque backdrop that is ironically trendy in Seattle. You can take an afternoon or more to explore the streets of Pioneer Square, with its ivy-colored buildings, boutiques, and other hidden gems that are waiting to be discovered.
